Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, the transit time for deliveries within the United Kingdom is approximately 5–7 business days, depending on your location and proximity to major cities.
Yes, you will receive a shipment tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
Yes, delivery is free across the United Kingdom for all orders.
If your product hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product cannot be located, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order has been shipped, a second email will be sent with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for customers in the United Kingdom. During this time, you can cancel your purchase and return the product without providing a reason.
How do I initiate a return?To start a return, email us at info@giviny.com. With your order number and details about the return.
Ensure the product is in its original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact. Include the return authorization form and any supporting documents or images.
For defective products: No cost to the customer.
For wrong-products: If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail: at info@giviny.com with photos of the wrong product, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is tracking, we will ship a replacement product immediately.
If your product is damaged upon arrival, send us photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will review the case and cover the return shipping costs if necessary.
Contact us immediately if you receive the incorrect product. We’ll arrange the return shipping and ensure you receive the correct item promptly.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we inspect the returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is approved.
Yes, the following items cannot be returned:

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
Payments
At the GIVINY store, we accept all major credit cards and payments made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Maestro and PayPal.
When you place an order on our site, your card is immediately debited in GBP, not at the time of dispatch.
