How long does delivery take?Orders are processed within
1–2 business days. Once shipped, the
transit time for deliveries within the United Kingdom is approximately
5–7 business days, depending on your location and proximity to major cities.

Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free across the United Kingdom for all orders.
What should I do if my product never arrived?
If your product hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product cannot be located, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement.
How will I know my order has been confirmed and shipped?Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order has been shipped, a second email will be sent with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

What should I include in the return package?

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

defective products: No cost to the customer.

change-of-mind returns: The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged upon arrival, send us photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will review the case and cover the return shipping costs if necessary.
